Who is responsible

For your own account data we are the data controller. For the customer records you enter into the app, you are the controller and we are a processor acting on your instructions.

What we collect

Account information: your name, work email, business name, and password credentials.

Business data you enter: leads, clients, contact details, job descriptions, schedules, line items, invoices, and notes.

Usage and technical data: log records, IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

Communications: messages you send us, including trial signup forms and support requests.

Why we use it

To operate your account and provide the service, to send necessary service emails such as confirmations and password resets, to respond to your questions, to prevent abuse and secure the platform, to bill you, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to build advertising profiles.

Email

We send account and service emails, which are necessary to your use of the product. If we ever send optional product updates you can unsubscribe from those without losing account emails.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the platform: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and, where applicable, our payment processor. They are bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where legally required.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls so that each account can reach only its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data and will notify you promptly of a breach that affects you.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. After cancellation we retain it for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, except where we must keep records such as invoices for tax or legal purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing. Email us and we will action the request, normally within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep the app functioning. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
